It is made from thermoplastic polyether based polyurethane (TPU) cover and EPDM liner, textile reinforcement is made of high tenacity filament polyester yearns for diversified working conditions.

  • Extreme chemical resistance capability on the inner surface:based on ISO/TR7620-2005 contrast tests among TPU,EPDM and Nitrite/PVC, the performance of TPU and Nitrite/PVC dropped dramatically, while EPDM remain unchanged.

  • Extreme performance of abrasion resistance on the outer surface makes the hose suitable for more working conditions.

  • Outstanding diameter stability with high restored rate after being pressured then depressured.

  • Lager volume transfer capability of liquid.

  • Lighter, softer for easy deployments.

Maximum recommended working pressure:50% of the listed values of burst pressure for temporary use. To obtain maximum lifetime of the hose, it is recommended that the working pressure or the working tensile stress do not exceed 1/3 of the listed values.
